General:
These conditions govern the use of our website and any purchases made through the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

Orders and Payment:
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into agreements and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental permission to order from us. Any attempted fraud will always be reported to the police by us. Payment must be made according to the specified payment methods. You can pay with Klarna (30 days without fee), Visa, Mastercard, and Swish. (Sweden only)

Prices:
All prices include 25% VAT. (applies to individuals, for logged-in companies, prices are shown excluding VAT) In the event of a change in VAT, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. We reserve the right to correct printing and typographical errors.

Shipping:
For individuals within Sweden & the EU, we offer free shipping if you shop for over 399 SEK, otherwise, a shipping fee of 79 SEK will be added. For companies, the limit is 3,000 SEK (excluding VAT) for free shipping, otherwise, a shipping fee of 500 SEK will be added.

Delivery:
We strive to deliver the products as soon as possible. Normally, we dispatch your package within 24 hours, but during peak season it may take longer. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control (e.g., the shipping company). We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company. If you see that the package is damaged when picking it up at the agent, do not accept it. Report the damage to the transport company. For uncollected packages that are returned to the warehouse, we will charge you 195 SEK to cover our costs.

Returns and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the specified timeframe for a refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition. By law, you have 14 days, but we offer a 30-day return policy.
The right of withdrawal starts from the day you receive your order or a substantial part of it. As a customer, you have the right to inspect the product, but you must not break seals or try the product. When using the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for both the return cost and booking the return and ensuring the product arrives undamaged. Always contact customer service via email before returning an item for more specific return instructions. We do not offer returns on SALE/REDUCED items. In case of any allergies or sensitivities, we always recommend testing a new product on a small area (e.g., on the wrist) and waiting 24 hours to see if any reaction occurs. Please note that we do not have a “satisfaction guarantee.” This means that we do not accept returns of products that you have used but do not meet your expectations.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies. In the case of an approved complaint or cancellation of a purchase, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days. Any disputes are primarily resolved in consultation with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes and otherwise refer to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution tool: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
