Return

When buying goods from us, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with the current Distance Contracts Act. After 14 days from the time you received the ordered item, we can not offer you a refund.

To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods can not be returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods.

The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for the returned product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase emailed info@gooday.se.

Refund

When your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your contribution.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain amount of days. We can not refund to an account other than the account from which the payment was made. The refund can take up to 1 week after approval.

Faulty or damaged items

With regard to possible recycling, Stockholm Projektgrupp AB follows the Swedish law “Consumer Purchase Act” (visit www.konsumentverket.se to learn more). If an item is defective, you have the right under Swedish law to demand a refund. Contact us at info@gooday.se to let us know about your incorrect item.

In case of dispute

In the event of any disputes, we will follow the recommendations from the General Complaints Board.
