Return
When you purchase goods from us, a 14-day withdrawal period always applies according to the current Distance Selling Act.
However, we offer you a full 30 days from the date you received the ordered goods until we can no longer offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods cannot be returned, such as intimate or hygienic items.
The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for the returned product and for booking the return.
To complete your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required, which should be sent via email to info@gooday.se for further instructions.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your return.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
We cannot refund to an account different from the one from which the payment was made.
The refund may take up to 1 week after approval.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty item or if the product is damaged inside the packaging, Stockholm Projektgrupp AB will comply with Swedish law “Consumer Sales Act” (visit www.konsumentverket.se to learn more).
If an item is defective, you have the right to request a refund according to Swedish law.
Please contact us at info@gooday.se to inform us about your faulty item by attaching a picture(s) as proof of the damage.

In Case of Dispute
In the event of disputes, we will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
